Omni Campaigns

Multi-channel campaigns

Used byMarketing

Run every messaging channel from one campaign console — and never miss a delivery.

Omni Campaigns is a unified multi-channel marketing suite for WhatsApp, SMS, Email, RCS and Voice — bringing campaign creation, compliant templates, sender registration and developer APIs into a single console. It solves the fragmentation of running each channel in its own tool: scattered analytics, duplicated templates, manual failover and brittle custom integrations all collapse into one governed workflow.

01

See WhatsApp Delivery and Open Rates as They Happen

Campaign / lifecycle marketer
Problem

WhatsApp performance usually lives behind a provider dashboard or a manual export, so marketers fly blind during a send. By the time delivery problems or weak open rates surface, the campaign is already over and the budget is spent. Decisions about resends or follow-ups get made on stale guesswork.

How BOL7 solves it

Build a WhatsApp campaign in the dedicated WhatsApp channel manager, then track sent volume, delivery rate and open rate live on the Campaigns Overview KPIs. Everything updates in one place instead of being pieced together from separate reports.

Outcome

Marketers can judge a campaign while it's still running and act on real numbers instead of waiting for a post-mortem export.

Guarantee Message Delivery with an Automatic Channel Failover Ladder

Messaging / communications operations lead
Problem

When a single channel is used for time-sensitive alerts, an undelivered WhatsApp or SMS message simply fails silently — the customer never gets the OTP, the reminder or the notice. Teams either accept the leakage or hand-build fragile retry logic across multiple vendors. Failed delivery on critical messages directly costs conversions and support headaches.

How BOL7 solves it

Use Channel Routing to configure a failover ladder such as WhatsApp to SMS to RCS to Voice, so a message that doesn't land on one channel automatically cascades to the next. The ladder is defined once in the campaign rather than coded per integration.

Outcome

Critical messages reach customers through whatever channel works, turning a single point of failure into a resilient delivery chain.

Author DLT-Compliant SMS Templates Without the Compliance Guesswork

SMS marketing / compliance manager
Problem

DLT-regulated SMS forces every message into a registered template with strict variable rules, and a wording mismatch gets the message blocked at the operator. Drafting copy by hand and reconciling it with DLT requirements is slow and error-prone, and rejected templates stall whole campaigns. Variable handling is especially fiddly to get right.

How BOL7 solves it

Use the SMS (DLT) template builder to author compliant content with AI assist for the copy and structured variable placeholders. Templates are created in the same suite that will send them, keeping content and delivery aligned.

Outcome

Compliant SMS templates come together faster and with fewer rejections, so campaigns aren't held up by formatting and variable errors.

Design Branded Emails Visually — No HTML Required

Email marketer / designer
Problem

Building marketing emails often means wrestling with raw HTML or filing tickets to a developer for every layout tweak. That bottleneck slows down sends, breaks rendering across clients, and keeps marketers dependent on engineering for routine changes. Iteration speed suffers right when campaigns need to move fast.

How BOL7 solves it

Use the drag-and-drop email builder to assemble layouts visually and produce a send-ready email without touching code. Designs are created inside the same suite that manages the Email channel and its analytics.

Outcome

Marketers own email design end to end and can iterate on layouts independently, removing the developer bottleneck.

Register and Manage SMS Senders in One Place

Telecom / sender-ID administrator
Problem

SMS sending requires properly registered sender identities — Sender ID, Principal Entity and Header ID — and when these are tracked in spreadsheets or scattered across portals, sends get rejected for using the wrong header. Reconciling which identity belongs to which campaign is manual and easy to get wrong. A missing or mismatched header ID can block delivery entirely.

How BOL7 solves it

Use the Senders registry to register and store SMS sender details — Sender ID, Principal and Header ID — as managed records inside the suite. Registered senders are then available directly to SMS campaigns.

Outcome

Sender identities are governed in one authoritative place, so campaigns use the correct, registered headers and avoid identity-related rejections.

Send Programmatically with Short-Lived, Secure API Tokens

Developer / integration engineer
Problem

Wiring messaging into an app usually means long-lived API keys embedded in code — a standing security risk — plus a lot of trial and error to get the request format right. Without a way to inspect docs and test calls in one place, integration drags on and credentials linger far longer than they should. Debugging webhooks adds another layer of friction.

How BOL7 solves it

Generate an API key and exchange it for a short-lived 60-second JWT, then build and fire requests from the Postman-style API Console alongside the API docs. The webhook tester lets you validate callbacks without leaving the developer area.

Outcome

Integrations ship faster and safer, with ephemeral tokens limiting credential exposure and a built-in console removing the guesswork from API calls.
