Job Summary

BOL7 Technologies is hiring a Tender Executive with expertise in GEM portal operations. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, preferably from a legal or tender documentation background, and be capable of handling the complete tender process from identifying bids to post-submission follow-ups. This is a full-time, office-based role for male candidates only at our Noida Sector 16 location.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant government and private tenders through portals and other sources.
• Prepare and submit tender documents in line with client requirements.
• Ensure timely filing of bids, EMD, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial, legal, and technical inputs.
• Maintain a database of tenders, deadlines, and submission status.
• Track tender results and follow up with clients/government bodies.
• Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and compliance requirements.
• Draft, review, and maintain legal/tender-related documents and correspondence.
   

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
• Background in Legal or Commerce preferred
