BOL7 Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Noida Sector 16. We are seeking a professional with strong expertise in sales, business development, client relationship management, and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development and possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development will be an added advantage.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with domestic and international clients.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, business communication tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
