Job Summary


BOL7 Technologies is seeking a seasoned, performance-driven Sales Manager to lead both office-based and remote sales teams (salaried and commission-based). This is a performance-based role where the Sales Manager is expected to quickly take ownership, drive the sales team’s performance, and generate revenue at the earliest. The Sales Manager will be directly responsible for managing and handling international clientele, so prior experience in international sales is mandatory. Strong communication skills and client handling experience at a global level are essential. The Sales Manager must ensure that every sales agent meets their individual targets, as their combined results represent the overall team target – which directly reflects the Sales Manager’s own performance. This is a work-from-office position at our Noida Sec 16 office. Salary starts at ₹2,00,000 per month (₹24,00,000 per annum as CTC), negotiable based on interview and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise both on-site and work-from-home sales agents (salaried and commission-based).
  • Ensure that every sales agent meets their individual targets, as their combined sales form the Sales Manager’s team target.
  • Take full ownership of the sales team’s success and revenue generation.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and motivation to sales agents.
  • Conduct regular performance tracking, reporting, and quality checks.
  • Identify non-performing agents and take necessary performance-based decisions.
  • Focus on acquiring, handling, and retaining high-end international clients as well as nurturing recurring clients for steady revenue.
  • Handle client interactions professionally with a strong focus on building long-term relationships with international clientele.
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and submit them to management.
  • Drive continuous growth, team discipline, and professional culture within the sales department.
  • Ensure that team productivity and sales targets are consistently achieved.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Sales Manager
  • Total 7+ years professional experience in Sales
  • Mandatory prior experience in handling international sales and international clients.

Requirements

 

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing mixed teams (office-based and remote agents).
  • Strong reporting, analysis, and sales performance tracking skills.
  • Experience working with high-end and recurring clients in global markets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be willing to work full-time from the Noida Sec 16 office.
  • Ability to take initiative and generate revenue quickly by effectively leading the sales team.
