OpenJob Summary
BOL7 Technologies is hiring target-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell digital marketing and SaaS services to Indian and international clients. This is a target-based role offering Basic Salary + Incentives, with incentives paid both on achieving and exceeding targets. Fluency in English is mandatory as you’ll be handling international clients. We are specifically looking for candidates capable of managing international client communication confidently. You can choose to work either from our office in Noida or remotely from anywhere in India.
Responsibilities
Option A – Office Job (For candidates near or willing to relocate to Noida Sec 16):
- Work from our Noida Sec 16 office.
- Salaries starting from ₹50,000 per month to 1.5L per month.
- Incentives will be provided upon achieving targets and additional incentives for exceeding targets.
- This is a target-based role, and the monthly target will be 7 times your basic salary.
- Salary deductions will apply if you fail to achieve the monthly target.
- Important: Any candidate coming from outside Delhi NCR, and willing to join for a regular, office-based role, will be provided Company PG accommodation (Paying Guest) by BOL7 Technologies.Males are preferred, as this is an international calling profile and working hours will vary based on different global time zones.
Option B – Work-from-Home (For candidates across India):
- Strictly commission-based model.
- No fixed salary applicable.
- Earnings depend on successful lead conversions.
- Higher commission slabs are offered compared to office-based staff.
- No deductions in this option.
What You’ll Do

Approach Indian and international clients.

Handle international client communication confidently in English.
- Identify client needs and pitch suitable digital marketing and SaaS solutions.
- Manage follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Regularly report sales performance.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream
- Sales or tele-sales experience preferred
- Fluency in English is mandatory
