Job Summary

BOL7 Technologies is urgently hiring an experienced Political Campaign Executive for our Sector 16, Noida office. We are looking for a candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in political campaigning, political social media campaigns, digital political communication, and campaign strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of political narratives, public communication, audience engagement, content planning, and digital outreach. This role requires hands-on experience in managing political campaigns across platforms like X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This is a work from office role, and the candidate must be available for physical walk-in interviews only. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute political social media campaigns.
• Develop political campaign strategies, messaging plans, and digital communication ideas.
• Create content calendars for political campaigns and social media platforms.
• Build campaign narratives based on political objectives and audience behavior.
• Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors, and campaign teams.
• Monitor political trends, public sentiment, competitor activity, and campaign performance.
• Manage digital outreach, audience engagement, and online campaign visibility.
• Track campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.
• Prepare campaign reports, insights, and performance updates for management.
• Ensure timely execution of campaign deliverables across social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Candidates must have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in political campaigning, political social media campaigns, political communication, or digital political strategy.
• Candidates with previous experience working with political parties, political leaders, election campaigns, public affairs teams, or political consulting agencies will be preferred.
