Job Summary

We are urgently hiring MBA Sales Interns for our Noida Sector 16 office to join our growing team in the IT and Digital Marketing domain. This 2–3 month in-office internship is designed for Delhi NCR-based candidates only and offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client engagement. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position based on results and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and present digital marketing and IT services to local businesses (in-person or by phone)
• Generate leads through calls, direct visits, and online platforms
• Maintain follow-up communications and track lead status
• Schedule demos, manage follow-ups, and assist in closing sales
• Update daily performance and reporting data
• Collaborate with the senior sales team for team-based conversions

Qualifications

• MBA (Sales/Marketing), pursuing or recently completed
• Minimum education: Graduate in any stream
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• A passion for sales, client interaction, and digital transformation
