Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter who can manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, source the right talent, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing requirements efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
• Post job openings on multiple platforms and maintain databases
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Specialized training or certification in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
