BOL7 Technologies is hiring HR Recruiters / HR Executives for our office in Sector 16, Noida. We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates who can manage the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and support hiring operations. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations are encouraged to apply. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating with hiring managers to close open positions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for open job positions.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Communicate interview updates and hiring status to candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR or recruitment certification will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of recruitment process and hiring workflow.
