Job Summary

BOL7 Technologies is hiring HR Recruiters / HR Executives for our office in Sector 16, Noida. We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates who can manage the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and support hiring operations. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations are encouraged to apply. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating with hiring managers to close open positions efficiently. This is a walk-in interview opportunity, and immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for open job positions.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Communicate interview updates and hiring status to candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR or recruitment certification will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of recruitment process and hiring workflow.
