Job Summary

BOL7 Pvt Ltd is hiring energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives for our Lucknow and Chandigarh locations. This is a full-time field sales role suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 3 years of sales experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, building customer relationships, and promoting company services. Candidates must be comfortable with field visits and must be willing to come to Sector 16, Noida for 15 days of mandatory training. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Visit clients and conduct regular field meetings.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-ups.
• Promote company services to potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth sales operations.
• Maintain daily reports of client visits, leads, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Candidates with sales, marketing, or business development knowledge will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply.
