What it does
- Three builders: Bot Flow (AI agent), Keyword Flow (WhatsApp forms), Call Flow (IVR)
- Bot nodes: triggers, AI Agent, chat model, guardrails, vector DB, MCP, web search, logic, end
- AI Agent node: model selector, editable instructions, memory modes, tool & variable binding
- Keyword Flow: text, question, button, list, reply-URL, image/audio/video, catalog, call permission
- Call Flow (IVR): voice message TTS, transfer to queue/agent, voicemail, AMD, beep detection
- Knowledge base (RAG): URL crawl, sitemap, file upload, Google Drive → vector indexing
- Flow ops: create/edit/duplicate/delete, simulate chat & voice, versioning, mini-map
