Job Summary


BOL7 Technologies is hiring an experienced and proactive Human Resources (HR) Manager for our Noida Sector 16 office. We are looking for a professional who can manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, policy implementation, documentation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of proven HR experience and excellent spoken and written English communication skills. This role is suitable for candidates who can lead HR processes, support organizational growth, and help build a positive and professional workplace culture. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
  • Monitor employee performance and support performance management initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential information.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and retention activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and daily HR operations.
  • Support training and development programs for employees.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
  • Relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Good understanding of employee engagement and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
  • Professional approach with strong decision-making skills.
