Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and converting inquiries into sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via phone, presenting our offerings and converting leads into sales.
• Effectively explain product benefits and achieve sales targets.
• Provide detailed information about our services and answer customer queries.
• Generate sales or set appointments for further discussions.
• Maintain customer databases by updating information after every call.
• Follow up on leads and build positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
• Fluency in regional language along with Hindi or English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
